I get depressed once in a very blue moon.
When I do the LAST thing I'm concerned about is whatever problems I have or am going through.
Since I need STRENGTH to deal with them, taking them on when I'm weak is ALWAYS counterproductive.
the FIRST thing I concern myself with is whether basic needs are being met.
Starting with WATER.
We can survive weeks without food, but only days without water.
So I slug a ton of it, whether I feel like it or not.
THAT is often as far as I need to go.
