I'm on a gigabit connection, but all videos now default to 360p or 480p. I have no system load.

It's a modern system: Ryzen 9, 64GB DDR5, nvidia 3080 Ti, and all M.2 nVMEs (4T). So, it's definitely not a struggling system.

There's a really easy fix.

I have to use Chrome or Edge. This problem only appears on Firefox and Brave.
