So is the city going to cover for the damages these people might cause?

@redwhitebluedude

Ultimately the taxpayers pay for it.

Biden paid Texas farmers for illegal alien damages to their crops and land. But it still comes down to taxpayers footing the bill. In Texas our education system is also overrun by the children of illegal aliens. Again taxpayers pay for it.

Biden admin is fine with that otherwise there would be changes at the border.

The Uvalde school shootings were a peripheral casualty of this border infiltration overwhelm. They have so many illegals zooming through their crossroads community evading officials and capture (and using school parking lots for cover), that the Uvalde schools had over 100 lockdowns in 2022 alone before the shooting. That little community on many levels got situational fatigue.

True - desensitized...

until teacher saw guns, and LEO saw guns, and the now-out-of-a-job district police chief and others made a bad situation the worse it could be...but I'm straying off topic!

@Teneseo @redwhitebluedude

Of course. But many communities are not this fatigued by constant real life scenarios in close proximity into getting off guard. Just off guard in general. I too am straying. ❤️

@barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis

I agree. Here in Central Texas, a couple of hours north of Uvalde, the immigrant alarms do not blare. So we don't fall apathetic to them as Uvalde did/does. It's just part of their "landscape". 😘

A whopping 1500 in a whole month. Drop in the bucket compared to border cities.
