Amazon seems to have "updated" its search algorithms past the breaking point. I'm hearing about a LOT of books that have disappeared from both search results and Author pages.
Including mine, which is extremely annoying.

This is all so stupid!

I'm on probably about a dozen social media platforms and there's not one (except this, my most anon) that I can come on and admit to being frustrated.
Recall Newsom, open CA, and print my dadgum books already I've been waiting over a year and now my new novel is stuck too! Everyone I know is ordering print copies that I have almost completely lost faith in ever arriving.
I'd have had more luck waiting for them to ship via the Suez canal.

There's better stuff out there. Don't let pundits tell you there isn't. They make their living complaining. If they acknowledged solutions, they'd be out of a job.
Conservatives are most definitely creative and are creating, as are many other talented indies who aren't sold out to the entertainment cult.
Seek them out. You'll have a happier, healthier mind with a real diversity of thought. And your feedback will sustain them and make a real difference in the culture. ❤️

It will mean the world to an indie creator, who's been working hard to produce the best for *you,* not for the agenda.
We need real diversity to cure our sick culture. This monoculture of corporate media we're flooded with now is infested with reality-denying insanity. Women aren't better fighters than men, men can't become women, dads aren't buffoons, Christians aren't evil, and YOU aren't stupid.

Most of our votes go to negate fraud. We need overwhelming, staggering majorities to overcome bad actors in our elections.
The same is true every single day whenever we watch a show or read a book or listen to the radio.
Please, think on this. Don't be put off by bad reviews. Find out for yourself what's good. And don't be intimidated by what other people say. Write your reviews. You are allowed to like what you like and smaller publishers and indies need you.
Your entertainment IS the culture.

Everything you put in your mind is important, including entertainment.
Don't assume that good work gets good reviews without you.
We have learned that the opposition to reality and normalcy is rabid in their zeal to tear down anything good, true, and beautiful. People who speak the truth get canceled. Writers discovered to harbor the "wrong" sympathies get their books bombed by bad reviews. Actors who aren't more marxist than Marx himself are campaigned against until they're fired.

Don't think that your favorite novel or tv show or band doesn't matter. It matters to YOU, and without visible, vocal support, it might disappear.
Hollywood, traditional publishing, big labels, are all making CRAP on purpose to force you to settle for crappy entertainment. They aren't entertaining you. They want you to pay for the privilege of your re-education via propaganda.
But you don't have to settle. There's so much indie talent out there, and they need you.

If it's not time for local elections and you can't get on the school board and you have all the volunteering you can handle, there are more outlets for your desire to change this increasingly stupid world.
And those fools in Hollyweird and Silicon Valley have given us the tools to do it.
It's easy. Right at our fingertips.
Ratings. Reviews. Likes.
Aggressively and positively promote everything you truly do agree with. Don't miss the significance of your opinion against the mass of craziness.

There are thousands of opportunities to speak up & contribute to outnumbering the weirdos driving discourse in this country.
You don't have to settle for what the media tells you is the popular thing. You can find - and help make visible - better alternatives to everything.
You can't take it for granted that the stuff pushed as "popular" actually *is* popular.
Clearly, it's NOT.
It's not you being weird if you aren't a fan of crappy mainstream entertainment. They're purposely making crap.

"The election is over! The fraud is installed! Time to give up! Never voting again!"
has the same energy as "The culture war is over! There's no point in trying for awards! It's all rigged!"
Well, they aren't *all* *entirely* rigged. A few indies can still get through. This is not the time to surrender.
*Anything* out there that's possible to vote on or sign a petition for or leave an opinion on is FAIR GAME NOW.
Don't sit down and shut up! Make it clear that you exist!
