Nice to see some rare Good news:
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has just released a statement saying that he has recommended Sgt. Daniel Perry be pardoned to the Board of Pardons and Paroles. He also urged them to expedite its review of the case.
But then again, isn't it a shame that we have to depend on a governor's Pardon to get justice?
