Wow.....could this be the moment when politicians (and in turn the MSM) finally turn their attention to the dystopian apocalypse unfolding daily in Australia?

Ron DeSantis Goes There on Australia and Sets the Standard
redstate.com/bonchie/2021/09/2

DeSantis' offhand comment of "I mean, is Australia freer than China— Communist China— right now?" puts a nice comparison to China & current Australia..

Hopefully dumb-asses in the MSM try to disprove him & in turn shed a bigger spotlight on the issue..

Barnett is Durham's little gold mine on all things inside the FBI and the SCO.

There is no more valuable witness one who was skeptical but sat in on every meeting and heard what everyone said.

He's not a cooperator -- he's a whistleblower with no reason to fabricate.

There have been a lot of signs from Durham if you know what to watch for. I wrote about a lot of them while at Red State. Retired FBI Special Agent William Barnett's 302 was a big one to me. He was Case Agent on Gen. Flynn's case and called the whole thing a witch hunt.

Barnett is Durham's little gold mine on all things inside the FBI and the SCO.

"Almost all the worlds' constitutions are documents in which governments tell the people what their privileges are. Our Constitution is a document in which We the People tell the government what it is allowed to do. We the People are free."

So 9/11. @Jaime is correct. It was a beautiful blue sky day. I emerged from the Path train at about 8:56 in Tower 1 with my commuting buddy. The security guard at the top of the stairs said "the situation is getting dangerous" and we were directed to the side entrance at Church Street. Outside emergency personnel directed us up the street where we had to push through a phalanx of photographers and gawkers with folding chairs. Meaghan, my friend, was using her cellphone with no success.

From 2019. NY'ers get a bad rap. I'm from NJ, but I worked in Manhattan so long that I think I can claim residence. I don't think of NY/NJ folks as rude. We're direct. We are linear problem solvers. Much like "the Donald". When he came down the escalator the day he announced my ears lit up. I have been in little doubt since about the turnaround he proposed. I've also been astounded by the depth of his mission. It is indeed spiritual and absolutely hearkens back to the Founding Fathers.

This is a great thread about Ric Rescorla, the head of security for Morgan Stanley on 9/11. He should never be forgotten. I credit him with saving the lives of many of us. If you don't know his history please read. He has an exceptional life story apart from 9/11.

What a strange coincidence, I was in Prague looking at that clock the moment the first plane stuck the Twin Towers. Today is 9/11 and I'm looking at it by pure chance again on this forum.

As Biden repeats claim that ‘nobody could have known’ Afghan Army would collapse, bombshell transcript from July reveals he pressured Afghan President Ghani to create 'perception' Taliban wasn't winning ‘WHETHER IT'S TRUE OR NOT’

dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9

According to a transcript of a July 23rd call that Biden had with former Afghanistan pres Ashraf Ghani that has been obtained by Reuters, Biden tried to pressure Ghani to change the “perception” of what was going on – which was that the Taliban was quickly taking over large swaths of the country and had by July taken much of the country. Biden wanted Ghani to change that perception and suggest that wasn’t the case “whether it is true or not,” he allegedly told Ghani.

I sometimes feel like Trump underused the power he had over the media and his political opponents.
It became quite clear early on that no matter what he said MSM and Dems would villify it and praise and promote the exact opposite.
The man could say water was wet and the screaming banshees would go off calling him a liar and fact-check him citing steam and ice, etc.

@DanielTurnerPTF: "Last year the OPEC cartel was powerless, Mexico enforced the border, North Korea was quiet, Afghani girls were in school, Israel was making Arab allies, and China, Russia and Iran were struggling with sanctions.

Then we elected a foreign policy expert. Congrats, @JoeBiden"

This is a good site to 'book mark'...

This is the best Trump impersonator I've ever heard.

His name is Sean and he is being interviewed by a podcast.

It's over 10 minutes long but it's well worth your time as he does impromptu scenes for whatever they ask for.

Hilarious.

Prediction, he will be meeting DJT face to face in the near future, he is that good!

Of course, we've been saying that for years.

(attempting to make it a thread... lets see if I got it right...)

In non-dysfunctional countries you get the lighter crude oil by important a stock of it to "prime" the process. This blended crude is then sent to an upgrader refinery, with the product then used to continue the process and make it self-sustaining.

Because Venezuela is dysfunctional it has no upgrader refineries, so they have to import all the crude oil they use for blending.

To separate the oil and water to meet this specification there are three things you can do:

1/ Apply an electric current which attracts the water droplets together
2/ Heat the oil which reduces the viscosity
3/ Blend (mix) the oil with a lower density oil to increase the density difference between oil and water

In countries that are not dysfunctional you first do (3) to increase the density difference and then do (1).

To process Venezuelan crude it has to be heated to high temperature and blended (mixed) with medium crudes (usually API 20).

The reason you need to do this is because the water needs to be removed from the oil to sell it. The specification for this in the petroleum industry is referred to as "BS&W" or "Basic Sediment and Water".

Most refineries will only accept oil with a BS&W of less than 0.3%.
