I held a student accountable for missed tutoring appointments, failure to complete assignments, and academic dishonesty. I was "counseled" with this admonition:
"Placing blame on a student for failure to meet your standards, excuses the system from any accountability for failing those students. A focus on individual responsibility is an error. You must question the outside forces acting UPON the student!"
We live in a madhouse.

Zero supply of ammunition and reloading components. Lead melting, casting molds are gone. Some dies are still available for low-volume and rare calibers. Anything more common-forget it. Seem unreasonable to believe all available capacity is working non stop for the military. Some serious crap is going on behind the scenes. They haven't taken our guns yet but they can surely control the ammunition.
