Can anyone help?
I can no longer post a photo from my photo library, but I have been able to do so previously.

I get a pop up that says download 100% and ICloud saying it’s downloading but it doesn’t?

Weird.
The only new thing that I did was yesterday I joined the monthly payment to Saul via PayPal.
