On psychopaths.
Professor Sam Vaknin puts into stunning, poetic words why we have nothing to fear from psychopaths.
It's a 24-minute video, so watch it when you can concentrate.
Hollywood conditioned the public to fear psychopaths.
So did our literati and academics.
But the FAKE description of psychopaths reminds me of what Islamist terrorists used to say:
"We love death the way you love life, so we will win."
Let's deconstruct
THAT steaming pile of horse manure.
One, Islamist terrorists as a group most certainly did NOT love death.
They surrendered in droves, and their leaders never risked a precious whisker of their OWN pious beards.
Two, when the enemy senselessly throws away his life, by definition he will lose.
Example:
The Islamic State put their best men into suicide units called the Inghemasiyoun.
"Those who immerse themselves."
The best-trained, most-experienced men were Inghemasiyoun.
So, who can see the problem of killing all your best men?
EXACTLY.
You kill all your best men.
This is why the Germans of World War One abolished assault battalions and instead trained the entire army to be shock troops.
These are Home Guard, some of whom are in their fifties.
The assault battalions were comprised of only unmarried volunteers 27 and younger.
They suffered extremely high casualties.
When the entire army was trained as shock troops, the high command discovered that husbands, fathers,and grandfathers didn't fight as hard as the young single men.
They wanted to live.
SO THE TACTICS WERE CHANGED IN ORDER TO SAVE LIVES.
See?
Even with new tactics, the Germans did extremely well.
Now, the Imperial Japanese were ALL suicide troops.
They lost badly against citizen-soldiers who wanted to live.
In the end, those who love life will always defeat those who love death.
When you know that life is precious, you take actions that have long-term ramifications, such as engendering good will in the former enemy.
The world becomes a better place.
The defeatists wanted something that they could never be given.
They wanted a Hollywood movie.
Well, despite the foregone conclusion of World War II, it was absolute hell to GET TO that foregone conclusion.
During the Battle of the Bulge, we lost 19,000 dead over six weeks.
That's 46,000 when scaled up to 2021.
We lost 4400 dead in Iraq over eight years.
In World War II, commanders EXPECTED large numbers of casualties. Our troops died like flies.
The psychopath doesn't know that others have precious lives, so the psychopath operates like the Islamic State and the Imperial Japanese.
Both ended up on the ash heap of history.
You have nothing to fear from psychopaths.
All you need to do is learn about their weaknesses and then exploit them.
The way Trump does.
The best is yet to come.

Maybe I’ve been living in California too long but from where I sit the other side has won a lot of things.
They got Trump out of the White House, they stopped quite a bit of his agenda, the southern border has been reopened to unchecked illegal immigration, they stopped Trump’s water plan in California, inflation is up, gas prices are up, crime rates are up, etc.
In the long run, hopefully this will all turn out for the best and things will change for the better.

This is the sort of defeatism I was talking about.
Apparently you believe that the present is permanent and will never change.
In order to arrive at that mindset, you have to completely ignore all of human progress, going right back to the beginning.

It is not defeatist to recognize current setbacks.
I am always optimistic. I always look forward to the future with hope. But I also recognize failures, defeats, and things that don’t go our way.

I have one more closet left to go through in my house.

I still have a lot of things left by my children, but they are all in clear boxes so they can see what is inside and I stored a lot of it up in the attic with pull down stairs so they can retrieve them easily.

Interestingly and likely intentionally (from both parties of thought) they are deep in opposing ends of the spectrum. That would be anticipated now that we’re in a data capturing phase of our offense - which seems to be the best way to counter later. Best defense is a good offense per Bruce Lee. We gotta focus on our offense because the Obama years of perpetual defense just didn’t fuckin work

This defeatism has a term. It's called being blackpilled. It's an emotional state disguised as a reasoned conclusion. Arguing with black pilled people is a waste of time because it isn't about intellect, but their emotional state that will not let them have any hope in their life. This is what happens when people make politics their life.

Trump got laws passed, and when he couldn't AND he knew it was an executive branch power? That's when he made an EO.
As far as the economy...
The Democrats are either blindingly stupid, or they're liars, but most likely both...
I remember an exchange between Romney and Obama that should have gotten Romney into office...

Obama on gas prices:

Because the economy was on the verge of collapse; because we were about to go through the worst recession since the Great Depression as a consequence of some of the same policies that Governor Romney is now promoting. So it's conceivable that Governor Romney could bring down gas prices, because with his policies we might be back in that same mess."
So, either Democrats have no fucking clue how supply and demand works, or they just want to gaslight people into believing that low gas prices are terrible.
The economy can be fixed. If Trump was still in office, it will be.
And unless you get diagnosed with a terminal illness before 2024, you'll live to see it.

They both go into politics to make money. Some remain for other reasons, but to them both it is career advancement. Lifetime pension and benefits is also a draw. Never assume anyone assumes political power from pure motives regardless of party. Political parties are cults for a reason. They're designed to elevate shitbags like this at your expense.

That's why term limits and recall procedures for Senators and Congressman must be put in place in order to end this corruption.
Problem is THEY will never vote changes like that in so I think the only resolution is to have a Convention of the States and add some well needed Amendments.

2) Biden admin actually will have to resume construction of the border wall due to contract obligations and the mess at the border.
3) California is a state and per the tenth amendments they have every right to set themselves on a path to destruction.
4) Inflation is always happening. Gas prices were only so low before due to COVID. And you obviously have no concept of jurisdiction.

Volunteered to accompany a platoon tasked with capturing Chinese troops for interrogation.
Rescued countless men while under fire and killed five Chinese with his bare hands, two by smashing their heads together.
He was shot and bayoneted, and he used his own body to shield a man from a grenade blast.
Came home alive.
He was there a year before my dad. That was one nasty war. So many of our men will killed. God bless him. He was one of the greatest generations for sure.

Many times you will see the words "Winner of the Medal of Honor" even in Military newspapers. It isn't disrespectful. We all know that it wasn't a contest. Matter of fact many who should have received one turned it down because they fought beside others who did exactly what they did and never came home.
If it was just a contest, they would have jumped at the chance to get their prize.
