A president's second TERM is his time in office.
A president's second ADMINISTRATION is the personnel.
Trump is preparing for a smooth transition to HIS second administration.
That's why he didn't say the "Biden administration" in his so-called concession statement.
"And to all of my wonderful supporters, I know you are disappointed, but I also want you to know that our incredible journey is only just beginning."
Trump SAID that his first term would be PREPARING FOR HIS SECOND.
Now, what about Trump not GOING TO the inauguration on January 20?
He's not, because the inauguration is COMING TO HIM.
Small and private, with only a tiny handful of guests.
Congress is NOT INVITED. A few will make the cut, but not many.
The gloves come off in Trump's second term. He's all business, with no time wasted on niceties and protocol with the scumbags of Congress.
Also, he can't trust the DC police or the Maryland governor to provide security, so he makes it a private event.
Breaking into the Capitol building--even if invited to do so--backfired on every possible level.
I told everyone years ago that doing what Antifa does would not work.
Now can you see why?

I voted for PTrump twice because I knew he was the only person capable of draining the swamp. He fights like no one I've ever seen, and he genuinely loves this country and its citizens.
