You wrote about how bizarre this is.
From reading the piece, I can see that none of them know what "impeach" means.
It reminds me of one of the most embarrassing things I ever saw.
Talk-show host Kevin James went on the Chris Matthews show and said that Obama was like Neville Chamberlain.
Neville Chamberlain was the British prime minister who went to the Munich Conference in 1938 and agreed to let Hitler annex the Sudetenland, the German-speaking part of Czechoslovakia.
Chamberlain came back to the UK and waved the signed agreement.
Later he said, "I believe it is peace for our time."
When Kevin James went on with Chris Matthews, every conservative pundit and talk-show host was calling Obama Neville Chamberlain.
So Matthews asked James, "How is Obama like Neville Chamberlain?"
And James couldn't answer.
He didn't know who Neville Chamberlain was. He was just repeating what everybody else was saying.
Matthews really made him squirm.
It shows the dangers of mindlessly repeating what everybody else is saying.
None of these people know what "impeach" means.
They're just blabbering on and on and on, joining in the crowd so they'll feel like they belong to a movement.
Buzzwords are deadly.
@ThomasWic They really dont!! You are 100% right!!.. like Neville Chamberland? smh, Im not surprised though, lol
@ThomasWic Wasnt he the conservative who signed the Munich Agreement in the late 30's?
@ThomasWic ty! its been awhile since ive read about him,lol
This why I have stopped all of the 'opinion' shows because they were nothing of the sort. Just a parade of talking points parrots meant to do nothing but sway public opinion by the producers and their bosses and those on the BOD.
It is nothing more than wasted time for the lemmings who turn on every word.
Read "This Town" by Mark Liebovich and neither Party was viewed the same for me.
One legal firm in DC writes ALL of the pundit and expert contracts.
I'm in Australia and a friend's hubby told her that Trump would be impeached and in prison by the end of the year 🤣🤣🤣
I told her to invest in some valium cos he's going to need some. Ain't no way that's even possible. People have such strong beliefs on Trump without understanding just how ignorant they are. It's incredible to me
I saw this on Twitter some time ago, over a year I'm sure.
The impeachment scheme, as dirty as it is, can be completely blown up by a trick on the other side too.
This has never happened obviously, so I have no idea how legal or feasible it is.
- Trump impeached, removed from office.
- Pence becomes president.
- Pence pardons Trump.
- Pence selects Trump as his V.P.
- Pence steps down, Trump becomes potus.
- Trump selects Pence as V.P.
Libtard heads explode.
@ThomasWic you are so right Thomas!! you hit the nail on the head
At the gathering today, when impeachment was getting thrown around, I said to them, even if it reaches the Senate, Trump can hire any lawyer in his defense, the Senate can only look to themselves.
They all gave me a blank stare and one said, "oh he's only got Giuliani" 🤦♀️
These people are truly idiots! Love then but idiots they are....
@ThomasWic wow,lol how embarrassing
Wow, I just watched that clip of Kevin James, and it was pain-ful! 🙄 Yet fascinating in a horror way. Excellent example of hysteric-inducing echo chambers where people just do not know what they are talking about when they lean on others' talking points, instead of researching history and real sources and speaking from knowledge gained by that route. The former situation seems to effect about 99.9% of global pundits.
Fun part begins around 3:50.
Those who label words as violence do so with the sole purpose of justifying violence against words.
