My brother and I are getting junk phone calls every three minutes today. The phones are ringing off the hook.

The Democrats sold our unlisted phone numbers as a form of harassment and intimidation.

Trump still wins in a landslide.

@ThomasWic Generates more Trump voters, as well as a nasty reminders what these totalitarians are itching to do, violate your privacy and harass you.

Actually, I had a solid week where DIFFERENT NUMBERS would call me every single day with the same message at exactly 5:02 or some weird time (I may be off by an hour).

I'm usually good about leaving my number off the Internet, too.

I never answer the phone. Unless the person is someone I know showing up on the caller ID, I figure if it is important they will leave me a message.

Robocallers never leave one so I block the numbers they called from when I have a little free time.

The most important thing is never to answer one of their calls.

Once you do they know it is a working number and they will call back.

@ilumanous @ThomasWic

Thats exactly what I do too. I just deleted/blocked 8 calls about 5 min ago from yesterday

@Dawnz @ThomasWic

We are so smart... 😜 👍

I don't answer the door bell either. Hahaha...

I figure, if I want something , I will call you. If someone actually knows me, needs me, they know how to get in touch with me.

If someone does it in the wrong way... they don't know me.

It is that simple.

@ilumanous @ThomasWic

@ilumanous Amen,lol, I dont answer the door either. ..I just let my 3 doxi alarm system go off 😂

I think I hurt myself. (LAUGHING!)

(Straight to that Mythic Workers Paradise!)

@ThomasWic , how in the world did they get your unlisted numbers?!?!?!

@capnjoe Yep! I have that unlisted # too! 😂 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 🏆

@ThomasWic I wasn’t getting all these Robo calls until after I was banned on twitter and I finally have twitter my number. I’m convinced it’s twitter selling people’s numbers as harassment

@Hunter @ThomasWic Perhaps, it's a good sign. It may mean they have given up on their own base.

@russiantrumpbot @ThomasWic I’m changing my number next month with my new bill but a number of people have been complaining about it in maryland/dc

I put my phone on do not disturb contacts only and still a lot of the calls are getting through

@Hunter Wow that is a lot. Looks like you have the same carrier I do. I get the "scam likely" calls very rarely. I've also been registered as both Dem and Republican, as well as "decline to state" and "no party affiliation". It probably makes their heads spin.

@Hunter @russiantrumpbot @ThomasWic

Omgosh. Just within the last 2 weeks, I've been getting those scam Soc Sec number calls. Saying my SS# has been compromised. Got 6 in a row. WTH is going on? I'm glad y'all shared this stuff.

@Linnie A common international scam. Your number must have gotten onto one of their lists. (To see someone artfully fight back at those scammers, look up KitBoga on YouTube or Twitch.)

Thank you. I was so pissed. One of the calls even said this. It tried to make it look like At&T was calling me due to the scam.

Sneaky bastards.

@Linnie @Hunter @russiantrumpbot @ThomasWic the old methods iOS used failed, I get them all day too. But they have something new planned in iOS 13 coming in sept. A feature to automatically silence calls from people not in your contacts. Sends them Direct to voicemail.

@Oo @Linnie @Hunter @russiantrumpbot @ThomasWic

I already have that option on my Android. Free app called "Should I Answer". Have to be in my contacts list to ring through to me. Rest go to voicemail. Stops dozens of calls some days. Been using for years.

Huge thanks. I have a Samsung. Gonna check it out now

@Bunniesmommy @Linnie @Hunter @russiantrumpbot @ThomasWic nice. for some reason on iOS the third party ones all suck too. Every one I’ve tried was a total waste. Eventually I uninstalled and gave up. Fingers crossed this new one works.

@Hunter @russiantrumpbot @ThomasWic

I get an extreme amount of robo calls too, on my cell and my land line.

You can't tell right away which calls are recordings and which are people selling their garbage, I give them 3 seconds of listening time, then I start hurling epithets, curses, and threats into the phone at them.

Since I've been doing that over the last few months, the number of calls has been reducing, but I still get a minimum of 10 a day.

@Hunter @ThomasWic they keep asking me to verify mine... nope. Won't do it.

@ThomasWic If I'm in the right mood I'm pretty good at tormenting junk callers...I pretend I'm everything from a restaurant to a morgue

@WarriorPoet @ThomasWic

I'm doing what Thomas said he did -- when they say "Hello?", I yell "Goodbye!!" and hang up. I think it's working, I'm getting fewer calls.

Oh, good idea! I have some old clothes at my place, ha ha.
