Depends on what your viewpoint is.

They issue genuine material, but they put an anti-Muslim spin on it.

For example, "How to properly beat your wife."

If you watch the video, you can see that the sociologist is deconstructing the entire notion of wife beating.

He's saying, "If you're going to do it, make it meaningless."

This is the Stealth Reformation. The end result is no wife beating, but nobody has to admit that.

@ThomasWic Okay, thanks. That squares with my indecision. I remember that video, but not the site that distributed it. As to the video link I posted earlier, I guess I will never know if the audio was genuine or un-altered. 🤷

That reminds me of the story in The Year of Living Biblically where the author has to stone an adulterous woman so he throws the smallest pebble he can find (and then runs away).
