He's allowed to have his medical license as a biology denier?
I'm now even more scared of hospitals.
🤣🤣 Biology denier. That's classic.
@Seedsaver Trans advocates/biology deniers are kind of like flat-Earthers, with the key difference being that only one of those is considered a socially and scientifically sound opinion.
But, of course, both of them are nonsense.
I used to have many gay friends back in the 70's when I was in junior and high school. Back before it was so "cool" to be gay.
I'm sorry, but I'm tired of this in-your-face gender crap. I think I liked it better when folks kept whatever was in their pants, IN their pants and not so blatantly forced on us.
@Seedsaver @Kambeii It's funny you say this because most "straight gay" people (I can't believe I had to use that word--classically gay) are not the issue and find all this gender/queer/trans stuff ridiculous. This is exactly why Brendan Straka of #walkaway left the democratic party because of the infiltration of the LCB community. Tacking on the TQ was the last straw for him and many and they are moving rapidly towards conservatism.
Likewise, people diagnosed with gender dysphoria don't appreciate the illness that they never wanted (because if you wanted to be born the other sex, you're not going to be HAPPY about being born the wrong one, unlike the Leftists who made being "trans" something to be proud of!) being co-opted into a political movement that pushed such things as ADVOCATING HORMONE INJECTIONS INTO MINORS.
The dad was battling for custody but like most folks, was having trouble with legal fees and it was looking like mom was going to win.
I haven't checked on that case lately but our courthouse is full of nothing but Democrat judges, several of whom are highly UNqualified so a ruling in the mom's favor would sadly not surprise me.
@Seedsaver @Kambeii It's amazing but not surprising the ability of a parent to change the focus of a child. Sad to say I have direct understanding of that. My grandfather was born to a psychotic mother who wanted a girl. Named him Sydney, dressed him in silk underwear and dresses when he was home. Wouldn't let him take sports but he had to knit on the sidelines. Is it any wonder he ended up confused even though he married and had 7 kids before my mother found him in bed with a priest? The mind..
Wow. What a story.
And I thought the news I was recently told was a good story. My older cousin said they always suspected my grandmother killed my grandfather when I was a baby. He was a sheriff's deputy in Kaufman County. They were going to do an autopsy but all of a sudden, the funeral was over and nothing more was said about it.
61 years old and I'm just now hearing this.
👇 The 2 on the left. She looks like she could, right? She always told me he was mean.🤣
@Seedsaver @Kambeii Family secrets run deep. I was 28 when I found out I had a half sister that lived in Australia. I only found out because she found my mom. She is wonderful, but it answered a lot of odd questions for me from my childhood, like why my mom was always depressed around Christmas. Her birthday was December 21st. Gotta say, my kids know EVERYTHING about me because I could not bear for them to be SHOCKED like I have been in my life to hear these stories. I bless my family but SHEESH
@oystergirl @Seedsaver @Kambeii Yeah, this is happening to so many in the LGBT community. Gay men are leaving faster, but there are gay women who are starting to walk away. Many of them are being harrassed and called "TERFs" if they don't treat trans men as women who have a "girl penis". It's utter insanity.
I have no issue with transgenders. True transgenders. I think most people think like that.
This "doctor", however, is completely and utterly insane.
I can go onto a search engine right now and bring you images of pride parades where naked men are exposing themselves to children.
Oh, and for the pride parade participants who choose to wear clothes, I can also find you at least one image where a man glued a few dozen rainbow-colored dildos to his bodysuit and walked around the streets like that.
Yeah, seriously, people need to remember what it's like to feel shame.
Unfortunately I've seen several.
I remember seeing Deep Throat. In a little underground "theater" with folding chairs and the projector was in the room. 🤣🤣
"Bad Stuff" was a bit harder to get to. It was always there if you LOOKED for it. Now it just seems the "bad stuff" looks for US. I mean we KNEW where the Lido was on Samuel Blvd. if we wanted it.
I think a little secrecy makes things more intriguing. Wish these genderactivists would adopt some secrecy. And class.
@Seedsaver @oystergirl @Kambeii
Amen to that. 30 years ago in college (1987-1990) was in young adult state, naive to the ways of the world. A certain set of my friends/acquaintances were (both male and female) gay. Several of them I was very fond of. But the wider group when I attended engaged too much in shock desceiptions of exual exploits, for attention and manipulation. To myself, I was like, "Rarely to my closest girlfriend or lover would I even approach this topic, much less in a group".
Anyway, I miss the days when it was considered socially unacceptable to brag out what you put in your butt.
And no, I'm not exaggerating, take a look at California's K-12 curriculum or how HuffPo/Teen Vogue/Vox/Any Leftist pushes the most depraved, disgusting nonsense.
@Kambeii @Seedsaver @oystergirl
I hear you. Honestly did not at the time, nor do I now know, the answer. I used to chalk it up to "repression" of the closet followed by a sense of freedom. Yet that conclusion dissipated with life wisdom when I realized the simple fact... it never occurrs to me to share intimate details about sex. I can talk about 10 million different topics... no urge to bring that topic up. The urge to wave that topic out in a social setting, is itself, deviant.
Even if it was repression, who is repressing them now in the West?
That's right, no one. The problem is that their behavior is being ENCOURAGED - nay, celebrated, rewarded! The social capital you gain from acting as "gay" as you possibly can in public is massive.
In fact, you get more social capital from being flamboyantly gay and therefore socially accepted and politically correct than you do as a VETERAN.
Thought criminal you say...
The last person a weak, tofu-eating, simpleton wants to harass is any member of my bloodline. They share my, Do Not Aggravate, DNA
Personally I'm a PACKAFIST.
A fist that just might be packed with a roll of quarters.
I've beed a self employed fishing guide since late '99.
Who are they going to call, me?
I'd tell them to get stuffed.
They have no numbers!
Just a few tofu eating miscreants with manic depressive panic dye in their hair and half a bottle of stale urine in a jug in their mother's computer basement dungeon.
Feckless, reckless toddlers should never be feared.
They should have their lights put out!
@Kambeii @barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis @Seedsaver It's interesting to me, but I guess I live in a rather stable and long established gay acceptance zone here near NYC because most gay couples that I know are conservative, want to move to the suburbs, etc. and are not at all flamboyant. I think in many cases, yes, this pushing it out for all to see is a function of the community they exist in. I am all about live and let live, just dont try and push your ass in my face.
@oystergirl @Kambeii @barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis @Seedsaver I wish I personally knew more conservative gays. My childhood best friend is and lives in DC, but other than that the only ones are ones on Twitter. It’d help with my sexuality struggles if I knew ones who lived here in Delaware. Or even Maryland.
As I've said time and time again, it's a small group of gays who act like flamboyant assholes and that's all anyone sees.
@umad80 Kooky idea. Tammy Bruce is gay and conservative. Doesn't she head up a conservative feminist foundation? There might be pathways through that.
@Joycevor Oh, I follow them on Twitter. I'm not sure how lesbian it is since the focus is free-thinking women, but I’ll look into them more!
@barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis @Kambeii @Seedsaver I believe your summation here is correct. I also think that many of us were raised differently and thus react differently in social situations. Even to this day public displays beyond hugging or hand holding make me uncomfortable, even though I enjoy a "healthy" relationship with my husband of 30 years. The bedroom to me, is a private sanctuary and no one has the right to know what goes on in there between consenting adults. 😘
@Kambeii @barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis @Seedsaver @oystergirl
Most straight people don't even identify themselves as straight, just people.
With the stridently gay, they don't identify as anything BUT gay.
It's first on the list for them apparently.
I don't care about someone's sexuality. I wish they didn't either.
Most gays don't care.
Straight people don't care.
Unicorns don't care.
But one tiny group has to scream it from the rooftops.
@janis @Kambeii @barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis @Seedsaver @oystergirl Remember back when you met people at a social gathering and the conversation starter was along the lines of, 'so what do you do?' - and it meant line of work. These folks must be a hoot at parties. I imagine the opening line is, 'so what are your preferred pronouns and defining adjectives?' 🤣
@Kambeii @barrsniffsatjejuneanalysis @Seedsaver When you live life as an identity and not as a human, the first thing you put forth is that identity. I worked in NY during the 80's in advertising and so had many gay male friends. Didn't see a lot of lesbians out at that time. These guys were the first wave of individuals who could live openly OUT. I do believe the backlash from being closeted and alone had something to do with their desire to identify in the open their preference. Freeing.
Those who label words as violence do so with the sole purpose of justifying violence against words.
