The first—Oprah owes a great deal of her meteoric rise to fame to the millions of (mostly White) suburban women who watched her daytime talk show. The capitalist system at work.

It's also the same for the businesses offering abortion trips. Someone mentioned it on here and I wholeheartedly agree. This isn't about some "I care for a woman's right to choose!" it's about the fact that it's the most cost-effective for them to provide abortion than it is for family health care and maternity/paternity leave.
