Exactly none.


If it's anything like the previous EV tax credits, which phased out once the manufacturer had sold a particular number of vehicles, that's not really surprising. Pretty sure the existing manufacturers have already sold enough to lose them. Tesla's phased out in 2018, as I recall.

@darulharb There is no manufacturing capacity in the US to make the EV batteries the bill requires, and by the time we get such capacity the refund will no longer be in effect. So it's a complete boondoggle.

@Josephcdickerson there seems to be no bottom for the level of stupidity and/or deceit in our Congress... What does that say about the voters who continually elect and empower these nimrods?
