If the Court says NO, we will know the majority of the Court is corrupt. The cases are based on established, black letter law. The elections in those states were illegal and unconstitutional. They changed the election rules without approval of the state legislatures.

I suspect that there are multiple pathways like this through various emergency measures/powers/encactments that Trump could have used. I further suspect that he would have use the ones that knitted together in the way that permitted him to accomplish his task while involving only those he chose to involve.
