I'm starting to get the feeling as they drag this out this really is their last ditch effort to get Trump. They have nothing else. So, if this fails they are screwed.

But we already know they are screwed and so do they. This is like the scene in the Wizard of Oz where the witch is finally cornered and gets a bucket of water. I'm melting! I'm melting! That's what the democrats sound like.
