I've finally got around to reading the Dobbs opinion, and while I don't think I'll do a thread on it, I did want to highlight one paragraph (so far):
"Our opinion is not based on any view about if and when prenatal life is entitled to any of the rights enjoyed after birth. The dissent, by contrast, would impose on the people a particular theory about when the rights of personhood begin. [...]

While there are a number of scientific advances in GMO foods & food animals being developed and cultivated, there some particular concerns above and beyond the usual ‘Chicken-Little’ squawking that goes on.
First and foremost is the development of GMO food animals by countries such as China that do not share our safety values nor concern for the populace as we do.
Just say no to the 3-breasted Chinese chickens.. 😬
