Yesterday I spent over an hour trying to get my 25 year old Select Comfort mattress to inflate/top up. The pump kept turning on and off at rapid intervals.

Well I got it to DEflate - slowly - which was not an improvement.

Finally checked the tube from the pump. Oh. It had a kink in it.

I’m sure there is a pun to be made here about kinks and beds.
